Zigpath

Privacy policy

Last updated October 22, 2026. This policy covers the Zigpath app for iPhone and iPad ("Zigpath"), made by Kyle in British Columbia, Canada ("we").

What stays with you

Zigpath has no accounts. Your solved boards, times, boards in progress, streak, hint count and settings are stored only on your device. We cannot see this data and do not receive it. Deleting the app deletes it.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, Zigpath sends your first Daily time (plus 30 seconds for each hint) to an Apple Game Center leaderboard. Apple runs Game Center under its own privacy policy. Zigpath never asks you to sign in.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, the reminder is scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to us.

Advertising

Zigpath is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its ad partners collect data from your device, such as the advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking), IP address, device model, operating system, approximate location from the IP address, and how you interact with ads. Their own privacy policies govern that data. Read how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy.

Before any ad loads, Zigpath shows Google's consent form where the law requires it (for example in the EU and UK). Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt follows Google's message. You can change your choice at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or in Zigpath under Settings > Privacy choices. Saying no never removes a game feature.

Purchases

The Zigpath+ purchase is handled by Apple. We do not see your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether the purchase is active.

Analytics and diagnostics

Zigpath may send anonymous usage events (for example "puzzle solved", board size and time) to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service. These events carry no name, email or advertising identifier and are not used to track you. If you share diagnostics with app developers in iPhone Settings, Apple sends us crash reports without your identity.

Children

Zigpath is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete. To delete what Zigpath stores, delete the app. For data held by Google or its partners, use the choices above or in their privacy policies. Questions: hello@useanvyl.com.

Changes

We will post any change here and update the date at the top.
