Common questions

I bought No Ads but still see ad breaks. Open Settings (gear icon) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Optional rewarded videos stay available.

I bought gems but they did not arrive. Check your internet connection and reopen the game. Pending purchases from Apple are delivered when the game starts. If gems still do not appear, email the address above with the date of the purchase from your Apple receipt.

Will I lose my progress if I change phones? Your saves are stored on your iPhone. They move to a new iPhone with an iCloud or computer backup. If you delete the app, they are gone.

Why does the app ask to track me? The question comes from Apple's App Tracking Transparency. If you allow it, ads can be more relevant. If you do not, you still get every feature of the game.

How do I turn off the vault reminder? Go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > Prospector and turn off Allow Notifications.

How do I start a new game? Open Settings (gear icon) in the game and tap Start a new game. Your old progress will be deleted. You cannot undo this.
