Last updated October 19, 2026. Prospector is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add to it.
The game
Prospector is free to play with ads. The No Ads purchase removes the full-screen ad breaks; optional rewarded videos stay available. Apple handles payment for No Ads, the Starter Pack and the gem packs. Apple also handles refunds. Gems and coins are virtual currency with no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money. They exist only on your phone and are lost if the app is deleted.
Fair play
Do not reverse-engineer the app or tamper with your save.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
